Hi Dave,

It sounds like you might be able to track this information using pledges - a donor makes a pledge to donate so much per month, and then you record donations as payments to the pledge. Does that sound about right?

We're planning to introduce a pledge tracking feature, though unfortunately I can't give you a timeframe of when it might be ready. Pledges are pretty high on our list though.

Hey Ryan,

Any chance there will be a way to track who has fell behind on their committed giving? One thing all missionaries struggle with is being aware when people have missed a monthly donation. Other than seeing how much money has come in in a given month the next important thing for a missionary is making sure all the people that have said they would make a donation each month, actually have.

The benefit of this is being able to see that someone missed a donation in a recent month and being able to connect with them instantly before too much time has gone by.

Yes, you'll be able to import donors from a CSV (comma separated values) file - it's actually a very easy process that you can do yourself.

We'll also offer a service for more advanced data import. For example we can help you import all your donors plus all their donation records.

:-) Looks good, I'm looking forward to getting to use this tool. Will there be any option to automatically load in a set of donors through a CSV or other file?
