I was updating our Facebook page and noticed a link to,”Get more fans with SMS“. This got my brain rolling on the implications for nonprofits. Take a look

And when you clicked the link:

I think that this has the possibility to grow an organizations database rapidly and ability to eventually move fans up the ladder of engagement and social investment to make a gift, volunteer or both.

Creative ways to implement this tool:

Outdoor advertising (billboards, bus signs, and even Guerrilla marketing tactics like chalk and fliers)

At Events – Signage at registration/check-in line or near the bathroom?

Whatever you say it is a great call to action you can use for your nonprofit with very little effort. Want to know more about what we think of social media and your donor database?

Fan us on Facebook the old fashioned way

Fan us by texting

Take our software for a spin to learn how donor management can help you achieve your mission and not dealing with technology.
